Stoic's cult Banner Saga series is coming to the Nintendo Switch, it has been revealed.
The news came during today's Nindies Showcase, with the announcement that the forthcoming The Banner Saga 3 would be arriving on the system later this year.
It was also confirmed that the previous two titles in the series would be coming to the eShop "soon". The tactical role-playing series has gained legions of fans on smartphones, computers and consoles, and we think it will be a perfect fit on Switch.

Yes! Finally. I've been meaning to try these games but never got around to it. That and the first game doesn't work on my phone. A collection is just what I needed.

I think that I have 1 & 2 on the Xbox One but I've never played them. So they would have to be pretty heavily discounted for me to consider them for the Switch.
I got Banner Saga 2 on Xbox One with games with gold, and didn't really care for it. But it is good for Switch only owners that would like to give it a try. Just not my kind of game.
I really liked these games, but I would only consider double dipping if they released all 3 on a physical cart.
