Volcanion Distribution Kicks Off in North America and PAL Countries

Thank god he's at Intertoys. At least that's a company with plenty of stores, so I won't have to drive half an hour to get him.

About time. Too bad it's a Gamestop distribution though... The workers there act like their tryibg to sell you a car or something if you express the slightest intetest in something.

I went and got cards for both my games from Gamestop, but they aren't working at the moment. Maybe Ninty is just being slow with turning them on, but I tried 2 of them and neither would work.

Gamestop is just the worst, to wit, in terms of pricing, service, and in maintenance of their stock. If you must have these completely unnecessary store distributions, please stop making partnerships with them, Nintendo!

Not sure if this will get a "second chance" in the UK as by the time it finishes Sun and Moon will be out. Still, at least it's been given out for a longer period of time than other ones. And sat GAME too, far better than smyths as there is more of them and they don't run out of codes!

And if I'm currently living in a country that doesn't have the distribution, like Brazil for instance? How can me and my friends get Volcanion?

PSA: If you get one of these cards, the 'Q' looks like an 'O'. The printing is really bad and there is no tail on the 'Q'. Turns out both of my incorrect codes had Q not O.

@King_Y If no one else gets you one, I'll see what I can do. I plan on getting myself a code, but I'll try to go by a Gamestop more than once and grabbing one for you.

Annoyingly they're still doing their 'one code per customer' thing pretty strictly... got two so far (one from each of the two GAME stores in my town) and have asked someone else to get me another pair for my other two games when they next go into town.

@NewAdvent Legendaries in general aren't banned from GTS... only event Pokemon with special ribbons (which may or may not be legendary)... some of the hacks you'll get on GTS have only had their ribbons removed, which isn't too bad... but others will have been modified more... you can usually spot the worst hacks quite easily by looking at the OT, location obtained, and nickname.

y'all only getting one per visit? that's weak, i've gotten like 6 from each distro this year i even tell em i have X and Omega Ruby and the rest are for my friends (which they are, im not tryna sell em or anything)

@BispoSnake Check sites of games shops in your country. One in my country (Poland) has these codes, maybe there is one in Brazil too.

It's been out in Europe since the 1st of October, but naturally you don't bother posting until it comes out in North America.

@Elanczewski, we had in the past but not anymore. Nintendo has left Brazil around one or two years ago unfortunately, so, we had some book stores (like Fnac for example) that provided those codes, but they don't have any relationship with Nintendo anymore. We need to import things (at a very high price) if we want something.

They could at least make this distribution global, so everyone is able to participate. Anyway, this is the last of the problems for people that are interested in Nintendo in my country =(

@Niinbendo Gamestop won't take an opened game back like that. They force you to get another copy of the same game or take store credit wich is usually 10% of what you bought it for or lower.

I hope they do a second chance for manaphy, that's the only one I missed (and phione by extension)

after of check in Serebii, they mentioned that in Mexico the distribution will be in "Gamers" Retail stores; well, at least, there "official" distribution in Mexico.

I went to GameStop. They thought I was asking for Pokemon Go Plus. I tried explaining to them what this was but they had no idea what I was talking about.
