Just recently we shared some relatively unambiguous art shared by Michel Ancel to tease Beyond Good & Evil 2. It's a game that we know is happening, which was re-affirmed in Ancel's image and message, and it certainly gave fans an appetite to hear more about the sequel. It's particularly intriguing for Nintendo fans as there were claims earlier in the year that it could be an NX exclusive.

Ancel has now posted another concept image, this time of an anthropomorphic shark - if you're new to Beyond Good & Evil don't worry, that's normal in this game's world. On this occasion, however, Ancel appears to be making a statement of defiance in defence of Ubisoft. The company has a major shareholder meeting today, and Vivendi is expected to make its case for greater influence and a seat on the board, though has claimed it has no plans to push the matter too hard today. The media giant has been accumulating shares in what appears to be a steady takeover attempt, one which Ubisoft has said is not welcome.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with Vivendi at Ubisoft's shareholder meeting, and also to see what Ancel shows next of the long-awaited sequel.
