Well known US retailer JAKKS is currently promoting a variety of Nintendo toys, and last week we highlighted an articulated Link toy that's on the way.
Another upcoming toy has popped up online, and is perhaps a cut above the rest - in both cool-factor and price. As you can see in the images above and below it's a remote controlled Mario Kart, but it actually has an anti-gravity mode. It doesn't hover, but the wheels do rotate and it'll slide along regardless.

These'll be rather pricey at $100, but we can marvel at the concept, if nothing else.

That thing is awesome! I'm too old for it, though.
That's roughly £64.97...

Hmm, the Mario Kart in Nintendogs is better. For one, it's the Mario Kart DS design! Also, the one in Nintendogs is free.
too old my foot. I'd buy it in a heart beat...............if I didn't have a 2yr old destroying cars left and right...
@SuprisedStar But you have to pay for Nintendogs.
$100 seems a little steep...
@LEGENDnoONE You've been saying that a lot lately, haven't you?
Either way, I would LOVE to have one of these... If it wasn't so gosh-darn expensive. Also, I don't think I would ever be excused buying an RC car!
$100 to have Mario stare into my soul, no thanks.
I would take Mario off the kart, and ride it myself!
.......How would I fit in that you ask? Why i'll just use their mini mushroom figure : P
Jakks Pacific is making a $100 toy, how did that happen?
Is this a toy Fair thing? Skylanderdad just got back. I really need to go someday.
For a hundred bucks, it had better frickin' levitate!
So my wife got me the Hendo white box for Christmas, comes in June, and I plan to get heavy into the arduino kit... Sounds like I need to make this bit-o-thing hover...
What are the dimensions and other details, like material?
@Sakuraichu Oh, my goodness, Bigley!
Wow, a $100 toy that can rotate its wheels sideways... You can buy Mario Kart 8 for less than that price.
@ReshiramZekrom You have to pay for this too. Nintendogs is cheaper.
@Platina Best comment ever.
So I take it the real [functional] wheels are located underneath the chassis. Id' like to see one in action. IF the [fake] wheels don't actually spin, it would ruin the effect IMO.
I need to have children so I can justify buying this for me...I mean them.
Its cool, but $100 for gimmick wheels on what is probs just a cheap tat rc car. You'd at least want the wheels to light up in anti grav mode.
@Mus1cLov3r
Not just Bigley.
BADLY DRAWN BIGLEY
my one drives on the ceiling and costs £12

@Sakuraichu One does not simply draw Bigley well.
