Not so long ago I tested my skills at Mario Kart 8's 150cc Mushroom Cup, and as promised, I'm back to take on the Shell Cup.
Have my skills improved in the time that has passed since I gunned for Mushroom Cup glory? Have I mastered my racing lines and become more adept at blasting back-markers with red shells? You'll have to watch to find out, and remember to drop me any tips you might have by posting a comment!

Hey Lydia you know how mentioned escaping a blue shell with a mushroom? That i have never done but for 100% sure the music box that make a big wave knocks the shell out. I've done it online n quite few times it always puts a smile on my face.
Here we go again xD
Toads Turnpike is the best out of the cup in my opinion. That music is wonderful.
Lydia, if you do another 150cc challenge could you do the Special Cup? Cloudtop Cruise and the new Bowser's Castle are some of the best tracks in the game and it would be great to showcase them!
You should use a heavier character. And I don't mean Bowser or Morton, maybe Pink Gold Peach/Metal Mario would work. Also, make sure the acceleration stat is always a round number, fractions of it doesn't add anything to your kart
Good video again!
Try out the DLC! It's awesome! (Especially Mute City)

Preaching to the choir Lydia, preaching to the choir....
Heaver kart doesn't matter. Acceleration I would say is best since it will get you going again after hits or running into walls. The biggest thing is to take as close to the wall and corners as possible. In Toad's Turnpike you're driving after the middle of the road. Drift right next to the wall (Although takes some practice) will get much faster times throughout.
I'm getting the mario kart 8 bundle this xmas as I don't have a wii u yet can't wait!!!
