Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity Demo Arrives In North America Next Week

I'm always up for a demo.

I really like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games, I'm not sure I'm gonna go for this one. But I'm always happy to try a demo.

This article fails to mention that the save data in the demo can be transferred to the actual game. Regardless I'm still excited!

You can never have too many demos XD. I'm planning on getting this one, big fan of the Mystery Dungeon series... Even if I've never, you know, beaten one...

Great! Now release it on Europe please. I am not super excited about this game but maybe I like it after playing the demo.

I've been waiting for this game for months and will happily get the demo.

I'll be getting the demo for sure. Good to know we're finally getting some more Nintendo first-party demos. There's only been a few.

@3DSonicPizza, maybe it's time to upgrade you're SD card? 16GB are under 15$ usd. Or go big like 64/128 thou for those you'll need to convert the exFat to Fat32 at 64kb ratio for the 3ds to read it without problems I myself use a 128, just bearly over 33GB used

On topic, kinda 50/50 about this game, I'm sure the demo will help me in deciding if I'll download it

I'll definitely be downloading the demo on thursday. The local multiplayer is a big plus for me if I decide to get the full version. I'm mainly looking forward to Pokemon X later this year.

The problem is that I don't have a computer to use to transfer the data on the old SD Card to the new one. I'm actually using my 3DS to comment right now.

Thanks for the info, though. I can still get a new SD card... I just won't be able to transfer my old stuff untill later.

I'm interested, haven't played PMD since red/blue rescue team. I'll give the demo a try.

@Cosmo810 I'm so glad you're so glad that I chimed in to say you're not interested. We're only two years in and we already have three Pokemon titles. The only one more burnt out at the moment is Mario. There are at least five games I'd get before even considering this one. I'll try the demo, but I doubt it'll be worth it.

Definitely downloading this, can't wait to see how the changes affect the game.

I guess its because, just like Mario, not all games in the series play exactly the same.

This is looking to be the GOTY contender for 3DS... Let's just hope IGN doesn't give it a "Bad" rating just because they forgot to open the menu. I strongly recommend you all check out the demo. I can't wait for thursday!

was looking though my collection why do i have all of the pokemon Dungeon games LOL must been a sale some place cause few of them i have 2 or 3 of each... probally download it has to be better then the castlevainia demo BLAH

@TheLilK98 Three? Pokedex 3D (Pro) is just an app and Dream Radar is mostly a 3ds 'minigame' expansion to Black 2/White 2, aka it doesn't do jack on its own.

This is pretty much the 2nd standalone title after Rumble Blast for the 3DS, until XY hit in October.

I'd take Pokemon over Mario any day of the week too.

I was looking forward to it, but I'm still extremely disappointed by the small amount of Pokémon one can recruit. I'll still buy it, but only because it's coming out right before my birthday.
