I don't have a wii so the only things I get are free downloads from nintendo eshop. (100-200 coins. Depends on the game :] )

@erv It's something for nothing, like all reward programs. You shouldn't be buying things you don't want just to get points, but it's a nice extra for things you're already buying.

God I hope it'll come back to the Australian Club Nintendo, I'm keeping my eyes out, it was 3000 stars last time I believe, and I have an ample amount to buy it

I'm still hoping we can use stars to buy eshop credit again, like with the Wii. That was the only thing I ever used them for.

I'd love if this was released on the Europe Club Nintendo,because there's nothing on there.

I have enough to get it but nah. I have 2 nunchucks already, and I don't really need a gold one. Now, if there were KIU cards... I'd have no more coins then.

I received one of those for Christmas. It goes excellently with my gold Hylian remote I got with Skyward Sword.

I wish they release gold 3ds styluses, don;t have a wii anymore so it would be nice.

If you plan on buying Nintendo games regardless, why not register for stuff you wouldn't otherwise have a chance to get? Seems perfectly logical to me. I wouldn't buy a game I don't want just to get silly "coins", but neither would any other respectable person. Having said that... The Golden Nunchuk is mine! Furthermore, it seems the 3DS card case sold out quicker than the Nunchuk this time.

Finally had enough Coins to order the Gold Nunchuk.

I was lucky enough to nab one when it came to the Aussie Club Nintendo (first Club in the western world to get it weirdly enough) nearly a year ago. I've built up another 3000 stars since then so it would be nice for something awesome to pop up again!

@Omega Unfortunately, it isn't really made of Gold, otherwise it would be worth many more play coins, or be given away in a sweepstakes.

I've been stalking Club Nintendo every day for months, now I can happily say my Gold set is finally complete!

I shouldn't have bought so many Club Nintendo games. I want to buy one but don't have enough coins. Why not make this a platinum prize?

Yay! I've been saving up my coins for this, as I didn't have enough last time it appeared. Now I finally have a matching Nunchuck for my Zelda Wiimote.
