In a move that has thrilled Nintendo Life, THQ CEO Brian Farrel has announced that a cheerleading game is in development for the Wii which takes full advantage of the Balance Board.
No further details were given but we presume it will work in a similar style to games like Dance Dance Revolution but involving chants and short skirts (or tight tights for the boys).
According to Kotaku Farrel did also state that the game was aimed directly at girls but this hasn't stopped NintendoLife's very own Anthony Dickens' interest being perked.
The game should be released later this year. We'll keep you posted.
