The third is hiding behind a Power Block surrounded by bricks. Shoot the block and then the gem to collect it.

Not a particularly difficult challenge, this one. Just shoot all blocks, enemies, and coins, and you'll finish the level with well over 140. If you're a bit short, you can collect a few more under the ramp right at the end. There's also a bunch of coins at the beginning, which you can colle

Get to the end of the level and you'll find Pixel Toad hiding just by the cliffside.
