Review HB Arcade Disc Golf (WiiWare)
A discontenting discappointment
The sport of "disc golf" (so named here to subtract the more well known trademark, “Frisbee”) is perhaps played more often on the Wii than in real life. Even so, the sport itself is an obvious good fit for Wii owners as the entire sport essentially boils down to players standing in place and taking turns...
About The Game
HB Arcade Disc Golf re-creates the popular disc-flinging sport in the comfort of your own living room.
Playing the game is as easy as tossing a disc around on a beautiful day. The goal of the game is to put the disc in the basket in the fewest throws possible. Disc golfers have three different types of discs at their disposal when out on the course: a driver, a mid-range disc and a putter. Also, there are three different types of throws available: forehand, backhand and the hammer throw. The forehand and backhand throws change based on the handedness of the player, and can be used to draw or fade a shot, while the hammer throw is less about distance and more about height. At the end of the round, scores are tallied and the player with the lowest score is the winner.

Never heard of Disc Golf before and going by the description sounds like something I won't ever be playing... on the Wii or in real life.
I like Disc Golf more then "real golf". I like it in Tiger Woods '11 with the big exception that it doesn't really have disc golf courses - you just play disc golf on normal golf courses, which kind of sucks. So, I'm hoping this game doesn't suck and is really disc golf. But it probably will suck. Oh well.
