D-Pad D-Bate
Super Mario 64 is undeniably one of the most influential games in the industry's history, so it's only natural that Nintendo would attempt to capitalise on its success with a re-release. What nobody expected at the time was for it to not only arrive on a portable console, but also feature Yoshi as the initial protagonist. Super Mario 64...

Come 2005, Nintendo hit on the idea of launching the DS with a revamped Super Mario 64, showing off all...

About The Game
Super Mario 64, the genre-defining Nintendo 64 classic, arrives on the Nintendo DS with all-new features that take full advantage of the new portable system's dual screens, touch screen and wireless multiplayer capability!
Features
- Play as Mario, Yoshi, Luigi and even Wario. You'll need to use each one's unique abilities to find 150 Power Stars hidden in the castle and grounds.
- Play through Adventure mode and try your stylus-wielding hand at tons of new touch-sensitive mini-games.
- Battle up to three friends in Wireless Versus mode, which you can play with only one Super Mario 64 DS game card.
Each of the four main characters has multiple jumping moves that cover great horizontal and vertical distances. Each has unique moves: Yoshi can eat enemies and turn them into eggs that he can throw; Mario can punch, kick and wall-jump to great heights; super-strong Wario can break certain blocks; and Luigi can jump incredibly high. Power Flowers give each character even cooler powers, like invisibility, fire breath or the power to float through the air.

Great update to the greatest Mario game in my opinion.
I Don't Have the original, but i played it and i loved it. This was the bomb.
One of the best games of all time has been turned into a disaster. The controls were awkward and lagged horribly, the characters moved like fat lards, and the graphics were sh*t. (Though I should cut it some slack in the graphics department, considering that it was one of the first DS titles out there; this game's nowhere near as ugly as Pokémon Dash.)
The graphics were 100x better than original.
A Long Game!!!
and a great game to boot!
I had it,but I lost it:(
And it WAS fun (for me because of WAS).
awesome game, a must have!
I really didn't like the way this game was screwed up by the controls.
I''m gunna get this tomorrow! (:
Can't wait!
i Got to admit that this game was pretty ruined because of the stuffy controls
has anyone got this game if u have plz tell me how is played!!!
It's a great game
It should've came out for the GameCube.
I had it once on my ds but lost it... I remember it was epic
I know I'm alone, but I actually like this version better than the N64. I'll take the d-pad and DS camera controls over the stick and c-buttons any day. Also Wario...nuff said
This game sucks because of bad controls, the bad camera, crap multiplayer, and ruining the sense of looking for some starts because of the bottom screen telling you where the stars are, which ruins the sense of looking this game gets a 6/10 in my book.(this is just my opinion, don't get mad at me if you like this DS remake, this is just MY OPINION.)
This is a pretty good remake, but I would still rather play the original over this one. While it does add more content and more playable characters, it adds some new problems such as worse controls (using the d-pad instead of a joystick honestly feels pretty weird). I would recommend picking this up, but only if you don't have the original Super Mario 64.
