5.) Groovin' Blocks. A rhythm puzzle game is pretty innovative.
How good is it enigmaopoeia? This is a game that looked interesting, but never left North America so I forgot about it; rather have that than Beer Pong or Texas Hold 'Em!
1. World of Goo. Great Physics, slick graphics, ASTOUNDING music, unique gameplay, and lots of Replay Value add up to an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING game.
2. MM9. I'm more a platformer guy than a puzzle guy, but to be honest. There was DLC, which was obnoxious, and the graphics were a problem. No I'm not saying "They weren't good enough!". I know they're supposed to be 8-bit. Which is why I think they're TOO good. I mean, name one game on the NES with that many pallettes or very little glitches.
3. Space Invaders Get Even: Storage was a major issue, but we're getting a bargain technically. Also, the thing was the stages just don't get old. They're so much fun to replay.
4. Toki Tori: A great, challenging, long-lasting (8 hours) game. However, the replay value was lacking and the graphics weren't pretty when compared to WoG or Alien Crush Returns.
5: Lostwinds/Alien Crush Returns: Both of these games were EXTREMELY fun, had great graphics, and the music was nice. But the lasting appeal and lack of challenge were both flaws.
This is a signature.

Screw you.

It's an alright puzzle game that plays much like Columns, except you have bars on each side of the screen and you're supposed to keep the beat with them. The soundtrack is mostly techno and ambient from what I have heard so far. [Haven't gone pretty far in the game, due to other games taking up my time.] However I have a hard time trying to coordinate the rhythm while depleting blocks. For 800 points, it's not a bad game, but I would much rather play Tetris Party than this.
I only HAVE five, but this is the order that I'd put them in:
1. Onslaught: It's my first FPS for Wii, and is a blast to play. Whenever I don't feel like story mode, there's always online options to keep me interested. 2. Helix: An amazing game, and actually a great value considering how many songs they squeezed into it. The music quality is definately it's high point. 3. Strong Bad episode 5: A fun point and click adventure that has some of the best humor in the series. The minigame segments make it stand out. 4. Strong Bad episode 4: Also pretty fun, especially the bazzar (how do you spell that?) plot that nly Strong Bad could come up with. 5. Strong Bad episode 2: Not bad, although it is WAY too short. It is also the easiest in the series.
1) World of Goo 2) Megaman 9 3) Lost Winds 4) Toki Tori 5) Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King Hard to pick only five. Honorable mentions go out to Bit. Trip Beat, LIT, and Bonsai Barber. Yes, Bonsai Barber. Hope I didn't forget anything.
1) My Life as a King 2) Megaman 9 3) Bit. Trip Beat 4) Helix 5) Lost Winds I'm actually pretty impressed with a lot of what WiiWare has on it right now (except for the deluge of awful that was released a few months after the launch... Pong Toss? Seriously? Ugh.)
