I know it probably wont happen but I just thought it would be neat if it ever did.

I think that Guitar Hero without the songs should make it through the 40Meg limit. Songs should be dlc. That way I would only get tracks I want. The "stub" program would have a very long lifespan. They could still release bandversions of GH such as Metallica and Aeromith on disc.

@vampirelich: You know Popcap recently announced that they'll be supporting WiiWare and DSiWare, right?

That's actually a really good idea. It would be awesome if they released a WiiWare version of osu! (osu.ppy.sh, it's a URL) and all you do just put the beatmaps on your SD Card or USB Drive and play.

How about a 16 bit Sonic the Hedgehog 4 like Capcom did with Mega Man 9?

That might even save the series since 3D isn't working out too well

I would like a 2d Sonic anyway on WiiWare. But due to Sonic's previous work, I can only trust Dimp with it.

Sonic and the black night got a 8.5 from Nintendo Power so 3d sonic has to get better. I enjoyed Shadow the Hedgehog alot. Why does everyone hate 3d sonic games so much anyway? I agree with 2-d sonic on wiiware, I'd buy it day one.

Nintendo Power is about as trustworthy as the Blubb-Os whale. They say they're unbiased, but honestly, the way they covered E3 2008 basically proved it. They give great games like Okami 7.5s and gave fluff like the first Mario Baseball a 9. Not only are they easy on Nintendo, but they also have longrunning man-crushes (or hedge-crushes) on sonic the hedgehog. If you're going to read Nintendo Power, read it for the news, not for the reviews.

I'm not sure if they can do it, or want to do it, but Time Crisis II on WW just needs to happen!

2D Sonic on wiiware would be great, the only problem is I no longer believe Sonic Team could do it justice, they seem to believe that pointless gimmicks, larger storylines and more characters are what the franchise needs, Dimp would be a good choice but I would give the game to Treasure, I think they could make an interesting Sonic game.

It actually got an 8.0/10 like Unleashed and Shadow the Hedgehog did as well.

One thing - for as much as fans, yes fans, of the series rip Sonic, they buy his games gangbusters. It is crazy, I see someone rip it and dozens of other people in whatever forum have all played and ripped it as well.

and then - they buy the next game....which inevitably gets major ripped by the game press, who know how to 'fix' sonic, never mind if they have never made agame, they have their memories dammit, and SOnic would be perfect if it was like their memories...

You should check out current Sonic sales, I bet they are much better than the supposed glory days....

I think team sonic is going for younger audience for whatever reason, and that is just the way it is, they love their cut scenes. But longtime fans of whatever age stick with them, through better or worse....its ironic, but the franchise has never been stronger...

and btw Sonic sells on any system...

Actually I think the best selling Sonic game is still Sonic 2 on Genesis, I doubt any 3D title will come close to those sales, plus there is all those compilations too which kind of confuse things, I stopped buying 3D Sonic games after Secret Rings and don't expect to see a decent Sonic game from Sonic Team ever again, would love to be proved wrong though.

I Got That On GBA

Puyo Puyo with online multiplayer ala Tetris Party.

I spent over 30 hours playing the main game + minigames and had alot of fun with it. I know it's coming to Xbox Live, and Pop Cap has said they're interested in bringing it to multiple platforms, so anythings possible. I'd also like to see Peggle on the Wii--seems like a good fit.

I wouldn't buy it because I got the PC for $10. Best $10 I ever spent. Love the game so much.
