Would be awesome, but like everyone else said, it's not technically possible. For this reason, we'll never see Dreamcast games on VC either. But at least Wii is 100% backwards compatible with Gamecube discs.

Yeah on the next console, Gamecube and Dreamcast should be possible (unless there's some emulation problems as with the Saturn but I hope these are ironed out so even the Saturn could somehow be emulated).
And as far as reviving old threads go... gotta use stealth. Be a ninja!
Yes. I have my fingers crossed that this feature will come out soon for the Wii or at least till the Nintendo's next console.
So many good games, so little money to spend.
