I'm still trying to figure out what you meant by Mother Brain. Is she supposed to be in Other M?

Still wanting to know about Flaahgra, lol.
And yeah, Mother brain is in Other M...well, sorta, she's like...in that movie thing in the beginning of the game.

the parts that freaked me out in the metroid games were:
1. in prime when you get the thermal vision and everything goes dark. this scared for because A. it was pretty creepy with everything dark and B. because there were so many pirates that i kept thinking i was gonna die
2. in prime when samus screams when she dies and her helmet is cracked

Yeah, Mother Brain in Other M is the only thing that really has ever bothered me in a Metroid game.

I understand that if the question is stupid, but I really want this game but I don't want it if I can't play it without getting scared to the point that I can't sleep

So yeah, I think now I just have to decide with myself. I think I might should just look away for the couple of minutes that part of the cutscene is on

Why does everyone get scared of the dark parts? It's really fun to me! Plus you get the thermal so you can see pretty normal.

...I wished they changed that, lol.

Anyways yeah, the dark parts were somewhat creepy back then. (surprised they made it where its near impossible to see without using the visor in Trilogy though) But then again the Thermal visor is cool looking, lol.

I always thought Fusion was a little scary when the ominous music kicked in. That and the constant threat of SA-X popping in and tearing you a new one.
