Deadly Creatures - After reading IGN's compelling and positive Previews and overall solid little review, I was actually a tad bit interested in Deadly Creatures. When I eventually got the game I was pretty dissapointed with it. Right off the bat i really liked the creepy title Screen and Presentation. But for the actual game itself....sleep inducing to put it simple. I was bored to tears half way through the game and didn't feel compelled at all to keep playing. the whole experience was tedious and the combat motion controls did 'nothing' to enhance the experience. The motion controls didn't feel on sync with your instects attacks either which was very weird.
MadWorld - This is possibly one of my least favorite games for the Wii...It's everything I can't stand in a videogame. Pointless 'trying to be hardcore/mature' violence, terrible music and boring repetitive gameplay all mixed up into one 'black and white' comic-book styled 3D Beatem-up snooz fest of a package. I guess you can tell it's just not my cup of tea. I had a much better time with the fantastic(yet flawed) No More Heroes.

Why did you buy the game, then? It was always presented as over-the top violence, and it's rated M for a reason. The only game I really regret buying is Wii music. Not because it's a bad game, but because it's not worth 50 clams.
Battalion Wars 2 - It lost a lot of the charm of the original game, and focuses too much on strategy. Plus, ironically enough, the controls are worse than they were on the Gamecube! I guess it was to be expected, though, since it wasn't made by the same developer as the first.
Pokemon Battle Revolution - While I welcome the return of the Pokemon Stadium-style gameplay, this game was dull as could be. It wasn't as cool as the the N64 games, and in the end, I missed the 3D Adventures of the Gamecube games, which I'd even say out-do the recent Handheld adventures. 'Tis a crying shame. It was one of the games we got when we first bought it, too.

Well here's the funny thing, I was never interested in Madworld during it's hype and previews before release. I didn't care for it's look or it's gameplay. But I wanted to be open minded and after all it 'was' getting great Reviews. So instead of renting it, I went out and coffed up the cash and baught a Copy...yet I still got it $20 off it's regular price and it was brand new. Plain and simple, try before you buy if you're totaly skeptical. but that's a huge given duh ;p
Or you could at least, you, know find out why a game got good reviews before you bought it. Mad World was praised because it was great for what it was: An Over-the-top and darkly comedic power-trip about a thuggish murderer finding new and creative ways to kill people.(I am seriously just paraphrasing the game description right there) If that doesn't sound appealing to you, you're not gonna like it, no matter how many good reviews it got.
Just Dance Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles (and soon to be) Monster Hunter Tri

If you think you'll regret buying the game, you'd be foolish to then run out and get it. Rent it first. Duh.
You don't tell me how to live my life!

Super Paper Mario - terribly boring and poorly balanced in some areas. Sonic Unleashed - 99% of the game consists of the terrible werehog levels, and that killed the game for me. Wii Sports Resort - Poor replay value, and MotionPlus slides all over the place to the point of unplayability.
This is the one good thing about getting a Wii 2 years after release. You get to play stuff at your friends house, you know what games you want, and you have such a backlog of good games, you're not tempted to buy stuff you won't like.
I am way too lazy to think of something clever. My Backloggery
Klonoa (Gotta the most boring and tedious platformer I've played in a long time) No More Heros (Haven't been able to bring myself to go past level 2)
I totaly gotta disagree with you. Klonoa is one of the greatest platformers I've ever played, Although it is on the easy side which is it's only short comings. the graphics are beautiful, the worlds are surreal, inspiring and dream like and the soundtrack is brilliant. It's very compelling from start to finish, it's easily one of the greatest experiences I've had on the Wii.
