Id say StarFox. Honestly we need a really good StarFox game and everything Retro seems to touch seems to be amazing. Then again they could use any big Nintendo icon and make the game amazing. Why not Earthbound!?!?!

Hmm, while Platinum Games has expressed interest in making a new Star Fox game, why not have Retro & Platinum team up to make a new Star Fox? Both are very talented development studios, and together, they could be beyond epic. Or a new IP, but they seem to do good work remaking nearly dead franchises. Sorry if these things have already been suggested, I didn't participate in the last thread of this.
Well, if any of nintendos development parties have earned the right to try and make a new I.P., its retro. Heck, retro should probably get to pick and choose whatever they want to work on.
That said, they seem extremely good in reviving franchises that nintendo has otherwise abandoned, so starfox would definitely be my first choice
