I'd like 1. more side quests 2. a setting other then Hyrule (like Majora's Mask or Wind Waker) 3. higher difficulty level 4. motionplus capability with ALL weapons, not just the sword and bow 5. more non-dungeon battles (bridge fight, protecting the wagon)
its not what i want in it,its what i want to play it on.
Leveling up I want to be able to run around kill enemies, and gain exp. for it w/o Turn based battles. prolly not happning but oh well like in the DS castlevania games. I loved that. come to think of it, that should be in the next 2D metroid game Dread, I was looking at you.
I want it to be like the original Zelda where it's just one huge open world you can explore at your leisure. And I want Nintendo to think differently about what constitutes a dungeon or boss fight. Like have a boss fight in the overworld, make a dungeon a town, etc. And I want more depth of interaction with townspeople like in Majora's Mask. Maybe let me play as Zelda or Ganon too.
Apart from a more organic open world I would like to see vehicles, guns and naked chicks, in that order. Don't let me down Nintendo
Add in the ability to kill ponies too. I can hack and slash away at that stupid horse but nothing happens. I can understand the chickens (cucoos?) as they are the most powerful creatures in the Zelda universe (second being pigs), but no matter how many times you see that sword clip right through its legs, nothing happens! Really Nintendo!? I want to see horse limbs flying everywhere!
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.

Something to set it apart from the rest of the series. Making it different could set a new standard. The industry can't get ahead if someone doesn't take risks. That's as true as anything else in life.
Best thread ever

I'm so glad that you guys are not making Zelda games. Some of your ideas are completely irrelevant. Ok, let me design the next Grand Theft Auto game. I want it to be full of cute pokemon- like monsters instead of cars which you can "drive". The game has no killing, but you can make people happy by several different methods. The game has turn based "combat" based on making people happy. Sound good? A real GTA experience? Come on, that sounds almost as stupid as your ideas of next realistic ultra violent Zelda with modern world guns...
I'm pretty sure I think I'm funnier than I really am. 10 Years of Kingdom Hearts 3DS Friend Code: 0301-9785-9580 [url=http://www.youtube.com/user/NeoStormGaming]Watch me and my friends play games! Now with better visual qualit...
12-15 dungeons, with the final one being three times as large as any other. Playable Zelda. It's her name on the game, f'crissakes. A mirror shield. Why wasn't there one in TP?
What is a man? A miserable little pile of secrets!

I want that game. Somebody hire this guy NAO! D:
Lieutenant Commander of the Lesbian Love Brigade
There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
1. Difficulty options, similar to inFamous for PS3 where you can switch instantly in the options menu when you want something tougher 2. More unique armor, appearance-wise. Always makes a quest more fun when you don't look the same for a whole 50 hours or whatever, and not just recolors 3. 3-5 new weapons, and not ripoffs of currently existing ones 4. More random little areas/grottoes/secrets hidden throughout the over-world. I like just running around Hyrule, but there's only so much you can do in current versions. 5. New villain, and not like Zant where he was basically Gannon's puppet. Completely new, non-puppet villain
Honestly, I don't really care about whether or not any of my stuff makes it in, they're just little niggles I would kinda like. I know there is tons of room for improvement over Twilight Princess. Twilight Princess game was 1GB, Wii games don't suffer the same restrictions; they can be 4.4GB or even about 8GB via dual layers. Obviously improved graphics/sound would take up more space, but there's still plenty left to add interesting things.
A whistle. It's been abscent since the first game.
What? Do the musical instruments in the rest of the series not count then? I can only think of three Zelda games that didn't have one.
Anyways, I'd like to see a more densely populated overworld. Majora's Mask was like this. It had a relatively smaller overworld than the other 3d games, but it also felt like it had more to offer. Wind Waker and Twilight Princess on the other hand had very large overworlds, but too much of that, especially in Wind Waker, was just empty space.
But seriously, next Zelda should have larger and more non linear overworld, more interaction with characters like in Majora's Mask, innovative new control system (i think that this is already confirmed), and maybe traveling through different times or seasons freely, like travelling to dark world in link to the past. Ganon could be the final boss, but they should redesign him somehow.
I'd love the bosses not to include either an arrow telling you where to hit, or the part of the body flashing, or being of a different size/colour etc etc.
i.e, it would be great if it wasen't dumbed down. I loved Twilight Princess but it was hardly a challenge.
