SEGA have released a 'Welcome to Violence" pack in Australia with 3 games bundled for $109.95 AUD.
The bundle includes Madworld, The Conduit and House of the Dead: Overkill, which holds the world record for most f-bombs in a video game. Source

And can you go a little faster?!
Haha, that's kind of cool. Perhaps a little expensive, and I'm not sure if The Conduit belongs in there, but cool nonetheless. I also like the cover case thinger.
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.
Thats Australian dollars though so it would be about $60 USD

You're lucky with those two MA-15 titles (House of the Dead and Madworld).
Am I right in thinking that in Australia, they're planning to do away with the "18" certificate and just not release them? Because both of those titles I mentioned are rated 18 by the BBFC and the PEGI.
EDIT: Oops. I forgot about the whole Left 4 Dead debacle in Australia - I hope this means you won't be getting a seriously pacified version.
No, both HOTD and MW are the same game as you, but yea, we don't have an 18+ rating which means alot of games are either denied or as you said, they turn out to become Left for Dead 2.

Actually it's about $100 US. The exchange rate is currently $0.92 US to the Aus dollar.
Mind you, that's still pretty cheap for Australian games. For newer release ones, they're typically $50-$100 a pop.
As for the ratings - a lot of MA games in Australia are R rated elsewhere, but rather than ban them, they get released here at a lower age rating. Which is precisely why we need an R rating for games.
Dante's Inferno on the PS3, for instance, should never have been released for MA audiences - and no, it's not censored any more than in the US. That's a real 18+ game there.
