I've only seen a female avatar every now and then.
Fixed that for you; you never know if they are actually female. Case in point: I always pick the girl characters, because they're cute.
facepalm That could be true too, but then again the names are also girly so some could be actual girls. I just thought a dude wouldn't pick a girl character, dress her up and give her a girl name.

I fit that description ... though I've not attempted to play the game online yet. Probably for the fear of getting wasted by a bunch of hooligan kids.
