Does this feature work any longer? I have purchased many VC and a few Wii Ware games and have played them for much more than 1 hour, but it never shows up on the Make a Recommendation Feature. Has Nintendo stopped using this feature? Does it work for any others? Just curious
I put around 20 hours in Majora's Mask, but it never shows up on the recommendation tab.
Nintendo doesn't have a page for Majora's Mask on the Nintendo Channel, thus you can't recommend it. I've been able to recommend Water Warfare, though.
That's strange and I have not been able to recommend any of the Sonic SMS games. Maybe they should just get rid of the feature if they choose not to update it
I really hate having to choose between Hardcore/Casual and Best Played Alone/With Another Person -- I play all my games alone so how would I know otherwise?!?
Yes, we can all pretty much agree that the information is useless anyway. @SeanAaron Exactly. I don't have many friends who play the Wii, so I don't care if it's a loner game or a party game. And I don't consider myself very hardcore or casual.
You can't recommend current VC games. The last one that could be recommended was SMRPG.
The overall feature is pretty dumb though. Anyone/gamers, Casual/hardcore seems a bit redundant. None of the features make shopping for a game you want any easier. Unlike Sean, I do like recommending alone or with friends. I play alone mostly too but it's good to let ppl know of good multiplayer choices. Overall there should be more important factors considered for recommendation, like a better for kids/adults option.
