....in N-Gamer magazine giving it an 85% which is a gold award for there rating system (ie. 85% and above)
The review content sounds great and what you would have expected from this game. It even has Street Fighter IV style online! Its basically as good as, if not better than, Marvel v Capcom 2 with updated visuals and more spectacular moves. Uses a variety of control schemes too from conventional wiimote and nunchuck to classic and GC controller. Even NES style wiimote controls (although that control scheme is not the "full controls").
Basically: Great graphics, loads of variety, spectacular moves, variety of controls, appeal to a wide audience. Ace!
Also, they have reviews the Japanese import of Sin and Punishment which they gave an 87%. Again, its exactly what you would of expect of the game. The levels are long and hardcore and the game spectacular as well. Hardcore.
Final Fantasy CC: Crystal Bearers was given a creditable 84% by N-Gamer too. They looked past the flaws and found the game great.
PokePark import was also reviewd ata 68% mark; which is a decent mark for an N-gamer casual game review. The game sounds quite light and quite easy with roaming and mini-games. It ticks most of the boxes that you'd want out of a Pokemon spin off though. Basically a solid 7/10, "not bad" game.
BTW, Silent Hill seem to be recieving great reviews across the board
I've been playing the Japanese import for months now, and the only real flaw with the game was the lack of online play and the semi-boring Arcade mode.
What part of the game didn't they like? Did they find any flaws with it? Was the online laggy? Are the controls worse now? Is it because of the new music (stupid licensing issues)?
