I can't post a link since I'm on the Wii, but if you go to List of VC Games NA on Wikipedia and go down to coming soon list, there is a link near SFIICE that takes you to the Hudson site and at the top it, it shows SFIICE coming out 11/09 for 700 points. So, do you think it'll really come out this month?

There's a source link next to the game name that takes you to the Hudson site that shows it coming out this month. It's not just wikipedia, it's Hudson themselves. If it was just wikipedia, this thread wouldn't exist. That's why you don't see a MSX Games Coming to NA Rumor thread.

It isn't really different. It's basically the same game as Turbo on the SNES and Special Champion Edition on the Genesis, except it doesn't have the "turbo/hyper" speed settings. It's a very nice version though. It proves the PCE/TG16 was capable of graphics just as good as it's rivals. It's just too little, too late. They should have released this version before they released all the other versions on VC.

Also, it's missing the new moves that got introduced in Turbo. Essentially, it's "Street Fighter 2 with the bosses playable and the ability for two players to choose the same character". There's a couple other differences, but those are the really notable ones

Yes, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo. Not on the VC, and the only console release it got in the day was on the 3DO. You can find it on Capcom Classic Collection vol 2 for the PS2, and the remake Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Revolution is available for download on the 360
