I'm at the point with the Wii VC that I need more than an ESRB rating to confirm a game is coming out. Here is a list of titles that were ESRB rated but vanished before being released on the VC.
Impossible Mission IK + Fatal Labyrinth Pro Wrestling Super Street Fighter II (Genesis version) Pengo Earthbound Lufia and the FOD Space Invaders (presuming its the arcade version there are 2 ESRB listings) Crackdown E- Swat Super Hang On
There could be more, but that is the ones I can find on a ESRB search
@ Heavy_Barrel I seem to remember a few other N64 games were ESRB rated years ago too. Back when the VC first started they rated Beetle adventure racing, Aerofighters Assault and few others. You see how quick those made it to VC right? Oh wait... Yeah ESRB ratings aparently mean nothing.

@ tendoboy1984 Mega man 6 is generally considered the worst of the 8-bit Mega man's. The music wasn't very memorable aside from maybe flame man's stage and the difficulty is almost insulting. It's still a decent game but definitely the low point of the series. You can tell there was a lack of effort by Capcom. They were clearly just phoning it in.

I can't say anything about MM6 since i never played it, but MM4 for me was definitly the low point in the series. MM5 wasn't too great either, it was decent at best but also a bit insulting regarding the easy breezy difficulty and the fact that it completely lost the mega man feel and vibe. And then there's MM8....Which i think would of been much better had they ditched the awful techno bubble gum hazey gloomy beats and went with something that actually sounded like Mega Man.lol Plus mega man screaming "power Shot" during gameplay was god awful, along with those murky depressing serious in tone cut scenes.
6 and 7 are the only 2 i still need to play! And i wan't them on the VC Capcom!
Anyways, MM6 has me pumped....Why? Because it's got freakin Centura man! Plus, Mega man fans probably never had any high expectations with MM6 since it all went to mediocrity lowsy hell with MM4 and then the barely better MM5. Even MM3 while excellent lost that amazing and memorable feel and tone that MM2 boasted.
2 & 9 are the cream of the crop. While I've got a major soft spot for 1 which also has my favorite Wily stages, and 3's pretty god in it's own right. 5 was decent at best, while 4,10 and 8 imo were the low points in the franchise. 10 & 3 are simular in the sense that they both have this darker less colorful serious tone, and for some reason I hate that in a mega man game.
I absolutely love Mega Man 4. The music, graphics, stage designs, etc. Mega Man 3 is decent, but it seems too bizarre at times (Snake Man's stage for example). I also like Mega Man 5 for the catchy music and unique stages (Crystal Man, Charge Man, Gyro Man, Gravity Man are my faves).
Mega Man 2 is good, but it's vastly overrated. Mega Man 3 and 4 improved upon it in every way (Rush, charge shot, sliding). The only problem with MM4 is it gives you 1-ups like crazy.

Can't mention Mega Man 8 without talking about Aqua Man! But, we can call him "handsome" (ROTFLMAO)!
Oh god. Mega Man 8's robot's names are horrendous. Clown man? Grenade man? SWORD man?! What is this randomness I'm smelling? What I do remember from MM8 was the difficulty. That damn difficulty.
