The RRP has gone up to £45.00!! Thus putting up the price by £5.00 on some websites inc GAME.I don't know if other places will put there prices up but get your pre-orders in quick.
I doubt such a niche game will be released for such a high price.

$70?!! Well, I did end up paying about that much when I imported Giana Sisters DS, but that was with shipping, handling, currency exchange, and whatever the hell you call that fee for moving something between nations ... even though I never experienced that with Play-Asia.
There's no way that's going to remain the online price unless Nintendo are grossly overestimating the audience for this game. £29.99 is my practical ceiling for online; I figure £39.99 retail, but £44.99 sounds crazy.
I suspect Nintendo will just try to charge what the market will bear. They've typically priced Wii games at £10 below the going rate for 360 and PS3 ones this generation, yet their games tend to hold value rather better than those of other publishers, having exceedingly long tails. This might not be the news that we want to hear, but if anyone can get away with it, they're the ones.
That said, S&P2 seems a bit of a surprise candidate to pull this one on. Whilst I'm sure it'll shift enough copies to dismiss the myth that rail shooters can't sell well, it's not exactly a blockbuster of Mario or Zelda proportions.
