reporting on Rumours is pointless.

Whether people are in a hurry to upgrade or not these rumours aren't pointless. Having some idea of the future is important because if Nintendo is planning on replacing the Wii in the very near future, going out and buying any more Wii hardware would be a bad idea right now.

I hope they give a release date to Zelda and announce a bunch of new games for the Wii/3DS and leave it at that

yeah, Wii's gaming kinda died so far this year (possibly justifed as Pokemon and 3DS would kill sales for anything)

I'm perpetually hungry, and this thread is making me more so.

I'd be amazed if Nintendo announced a Wii successor at E3. Absolutely stone-cold stunned, I'd be.
