A few sources are claiming that Zelda Skyward Sword may have additional add on content available after its release, though these rumors should be taken lightly as the sources are mainly from large forums such as IGN and Gamefaqs. But that doesn't always mean it's false either
Give me an example of a Wii game that had DLC. Now give me a reason why DLC should be implemented this late. Also, give me a reason why more content is necessary for a supposedly 50-100 hour game

Zelda doesn't need DLC silly. That's what all the sidequests are for. Personally I'm getting tired of all these rumour topics. I don't care about stupid rumours. If it's not a fact there's no point in discussing it.

Let me reiterate: What Nintendo game has used DLC?
Nintendo has been doing a lot of things they've never done before lately. I would not be surprised if they started adding Downloadable quests to the new Zelda. So long as it means more game sales for them, it'll be worth it.
DLC is a rip off anyway. If I'm going to pay full price for a game it better be the full game. Like I said before Zelda games are known for already having tons of extra sidequests and secrets. There's no need for anything added. Especially when you'd have to pay extra to get it.

Skyward Sword is a 3D Zelda game. 3D Zelda games are inherently awesome. So as long as it isn't on the disc DLC that costs 5 bucks for a new costume or other horribly greedy ideas I approve.
