Is it me or am i the only person dissapointed in this game? Dam it capcom we wanted a freakin Wiimake not rail shooters. If i wanted a rail shooter ill get some quarters and go to the movies!!
There he goes, Firkraag. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die. - My VGscore
First of all, don't speak on my behalf. Second, 'Umbrella Chronicles' was great and a financial success so you're definitely not speaking for everyone else either. "We" might want a wii-make, but "we" also want a sequel to UC that chronicles the in my opinion two best chapters which was not included in the original.

I haven't played UC yet, but RE2 is my favorite in the series, so I'm excited about playing the new game. I will probably rent UC, or pick it up if I can get it cheap somewhere.

Apologies to folk that got posts deleted for focusing on a certain post that has been corrected. Let's say no more about it other than calling folk names is generally frowned on around here.
Regarding the OP, the only RE title I own is Umbrella Chronicles, so actually Darkside Chronicles is exactly what I'm looking for from Resident Evil -- the full games I find to be overlong with tedious tank controls.
I'm actually quite surprised this is coming in November. My pre-order was already in place and I was anticipating a 2010 release; instead I'm getting this and Dead Space Extraction back to back. I think I'll be covered for first-person shooting games until the Grinder; after that it'll have to be something special (Sin & Punishment 2?) for me to get another one!
