Topic: Question about Metal Slug 3 on VC.

Does it have the 2 modes that you get for beating the game which are not in the arcade version? Since this is technically the console version.

It's a VC version, so if it was on the original NG release, it's still here.

The NEO GEO Arcade did not have the 2 modes, and I am not sure if the NEO GEO Console AES (advance entertainment system) had them. I know the VC games are the AES version.

Those extra modes were added by Playmore in the PS2 and Xbox 1 versions only. So no, they won't be in this version.

I have the Japanese release and it's just the AES version. You have an options menu like the other MS games on VC, but that's it. It looks and sounds brilliant!
