Topic: Konami Rebirth series still alive??

Hoping that the E3 will uncover parodious or salamander rebirth.

Any other titles of that matter. These have been the best fan service to wiiware so far.

I don't think any WiiWare game will be announced at E3.

I hope so too, I've enjoyed the series so far.

Castlevania was alright, but Contra and Gradius we're terrific games.

Theres still Hard Corps for xbox live I suppose that someone else pointed out here. The first screenshot looks very good.

Went back to Contra Rebirth and am still happy with the game so will try a hard playthrough later.

I wonder how well the games sold. I´m very happy with Contra Rebirth. It was goofy and short, but there was some real Contra-action in it. If Castlevania sold well I wouldn´t be surprised if we got a Belmont´s Revenge Rebirth. If not, I´d say the series is dead now. My #1 wish would be Quarth Rebirth, a new Goemon would be sweet too^^

It would be cool to see a top-down 2D Metal Gear Rebirth.

Russin' Attack could use a rebirth... maybe with multiple difficult settings.

Konami is publishing a Rush 'n Attack game...for XBLA and PSN.

I'm with accc. I'd love to see a Metal Gear ReBirth.

I plan on getting both Contra and Castlevania as soon as I can, I think I will get Castlevania first do to everyone saying how short Contra is.

I don't think they'll do any more shmups, especially not Parodius since it's so similar to Gradius... I'd like to see Metal Gear but I don't think it'll happen coz the main series is still big

I want The Adventures of Bayou Billy Rebirth. I am not joking.

I think they still may release parodious.

Even sequels to what they have already done as well in the future if people are willing to pay for them.

This is the best idea I've read in the thread. The controls with Wii could be really fun, and the varied gameplay styles would be refreshing to see if implemented well.

(Not taking anything away from a 2D Metal Gear Rebirth - that's very interesting suggestion too!)

I'd like to see more rebirth games since I think they were really well done however, I haven't heard anything besides rumors regarding any other games in the series.

No way it'll be Parodius. I think Metal Gear, it'd sell like crazy.
