Topic: Here's a question for you.

If Capcom can rerelease the Marvel vs. Capcom games, why can't they rerelease any other Marvel games too? I can think of at least one they can release on the VC...

i wouldn't be the one to answer that, but i would be the one to tell you that should they release a marvel vs. capcom game on the VC, i would probably have a heart attack of joy.

I wish they could too, but I don't think it's possible (at least not this gen...). Maybe we'll get a disc release if Tatsunoko vs Capcom does well.

Regarding disc releases, I believe Capcom stated at one point that they didn't the rights for a Disc release, just a digital one. So there's another hurdle to cross and I don't think Capcom would be willing to do that here.

Outside of the Marvel Vs. Capcom series and maybe other Marvel games by Capcom in the digital world, they have no right to any Marvel games whatsoever. Even then, none of the games are likely.
