Topic: Gunslingers

Anyone know what's up with the Wii Gunslingers (USA) game? most sites say July for the release date, Amazon had last week but now it just says not available yet. Most stores like Gamestop do not even list if.... just wondering if it's exclusive to a certain store or something.

Gamefly has September 29th as the release date. Not sure if thats true or not it might be a date made up by Gamefly, but thats all I can find at the moment. Of course if Gamestop doesnt have it listed it might have been cancelled. You can always try calling your local Gamestop and see.

and the people selling it on Ebay... so far people are telling me it isn't actually in stock yet...

It's starting to remind me of Giana Sisters for DS, it was supposed to be out 6 months ago and still no sign.

Well Giana Sisters was originally a clone/hack of Super Mario Bros., so I'm surprised Nintendo is actually allowing it to be made for the DS.

"The Great Giana Sisters" wasn't a clone or hack! It just took inspiration from Super Mario Bros., and therefore was a similiar platformer.

Giana Sisters has been out on DS for awhile in Europe, I'm just waiting for the $19.95 USA release (I think Destineer is the company releasing it in USA) because the import version is selling for $85 on Ebay.

Ok, Gunslingers is finally out! wasn't this game released awhile ago in Europe under a different name? I remember a western light gun shooter coming out there that never made it to the USA...

I highly recommend getting the bundle with the two pistols, They are the only dual trigger pistols that actually work good on the Wii and I played for 2 hours today and my fingers are not sore like with the other Wii pistols, very nice!!! And the game is pretty good! It Lets you calibrate to the screen and does it right! Most other games don't calibrate well to a widescreen TV.
