Yeah, I tend to use Eggman and Robotnik interchangably. They both work as well as each other for me. I know Princess Toadstool as Peach, though, but then I only really got into the Nintendo scene properly in the Gamecube era.
I personally think that each Sonic 4 episode will be about as long as the 2D Sonic games [7 Zones, and a maybe Final Zone]. I just hope the Chaos Emeralds and the abilty to turn into Super Sonic returns. I also hope Tails and Knuckles return in the future Sonic 4 episodes after episode one, it will be fun to play as Tails and Knuckles Sega Genesis styled once again. I also hope the game does not have voice acting, because Sonic 4 does not need voice acting.
It really depends on how long and good the game is. Really, 10 bucks for a new 2d Sonic game is a bargain (assuming its good). There will always be negative people around though, so SEGA would never win
Seeing as they're described as being episodical in a similar way to how S3&K were episodical, I wonder if future episodes will 'link to' and expand the storyline of other episodes present on the machine, like the lock-on feature of S&K. How cool would it be to see the Super Emeralds and Hyper Sonic make a return for Episode 2 if you have Episode 1 on your system?
And for that matter, Super Tails. Please, Sega, Super Tails in Episode 2. I want my Flickies Of Doom.
It's been expained that the bad doctor's real name is Dr. Ivo Robotnik, while Eggman is his nickname. I always call him Robotnik (or Robuttnik), because I grew up with the Genesis games and a pair of 90's Sonic cartoon series.
Isn't Peach's name change explained with her full name being Princess Peach Toadstool?
