I hope this is ok since this is separate from the Wii U version which won't come out till way later after this one. But here are some more news and screenshots. IM SO EXCITED for this and I would cry if this didn't come out here. I don't care if I would need to pay to play online. Final Fantasy XI was worth it, if I had a job I would so do it.
Just so everyone knows, Dragon Quest X has an ending. This pretty much sells it for me, though I'm still gonna wait and see if it has a fee or not for North America.

Its going to be an MMO in the style of the old republic. Even though it has a lot of mutiplayer content the game can be played as a full single player with the help of A.I. Companions that can be hired at the pub.
WAT!

Aww sweet! I never got into MMO's or Dragon Quest, but I'm surprised Nintendo is allowing them on the Wii. I wonder why it's happening so late in the Wii's lifespan though.

It still has to be online all the time, though, and you'll need to pay to get online (in Japan at least).

Yeah but its apart of a new Wave of MMO. While the Game is online and have the persistent world like an MMO and real time battles and all that jazz. The full Campagin can be played in a single player format as if you were playing a regular Dragon quest game.
The New Star wars MMO is the same. They're 8 classes each with their own plot that can be played by yourself and plays like any other bioware game with the dialogue trees and what not. That's why there was no KOTR 3. Each class represents a different KOTR game on its own.

Anyways if its similar to Final Fantasy XI I am going to love this. I will miss riding Chocobos but I love Dragon Quests designs so much more.
I hope it doesn't have a free in America. Seeing as how DQ hasn't caught on yet. I hope like Monster Hunter this causes it to "boom". Playing Final Fantasy XI right now!
