After looking at the new Nintendo Power, I can honestly say that Cranky Kong is coming back, too! I wish I had some screenshots to prove it, but I am 100% honest! Get ready to get ranted at, you young whipper-snappers!
I remember reading the instructions for the first dkc and cracking up at his comments. Cranky Kong will hopefully by worth the price for admission all by himself!

Wow, I don't remeber Donkey Kong Country to be so fast pace., like a Classic Sonic Game Well, I only played DKC 1, and only Fast pace levels are the Cart Mine Levels.
I hope this Donkey Kong game is not too Short or Easy.

The game does look really good. Hopefully it's not too hard.
It IS gonna be toooooooo hard, trust me.
That's a good thing for me actually, because it won't be a cakewalk like the first Donkey Kong Country is to me today. And on top of that, those that played it said that it's still fun even when it gets brutal. I want to be challenged.
Nintendo power said same controlls as the first one so slightly floaty not as tight as new super Mario bros.

I love what I'm seeing, but I really hope there will also be some more slow-paced levels that involve running right as fast as you can and everything behind you breaks down all the time. It could just be that the trailers just want to get you excited so they show off all the action-packed levels.
