My brother's hat hasn't arrived yet. But he ordered it a bit late, so that probably makes sense. Good chance they filled the orders in the order they received them. They'd better hurry up, though...only four days left!

Ugh I'm having the same trouble

I turned off my pop up blocker and then it worked.

I KNOW WHAT IS WRONG!!! Log into club nintendo, then click the link from the email again

seconding this! i turned off my pop-up blocker in Firefox/edit/preferences, and it's letting me view the code and giving me instructions. and now it's downloading. Hooray Roebuck (and Nintendo)!

I had the problem so I just went to my club nintendo and clicked the thing that said "get your reward code" but it dident work so I clicked again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, then it worked. Yay persistence!

I haven't even received the friggin' e-mail! And the worst part: Club Nintendo thinks my reward order's been 'completed'.

I didn't have to turn a pop-up blocker off...I just signed in again and got the page with the code. Weird. As long as it works, I suppose that's all that matters. Good luck to everyone still having trouble!

Just went upstairs and downloaded it to make sure. No problems, game successfully on my SD card.

I just tried again doing exactly what I did before and now it works xD

I guess maybe whoever sent an email got to them, or it was just being funky lol

I got a reply e-mail...it was indeed a technical problem on Nintendo's end, and has been fixed.

As for the game itself...I just spent an hour with it, and there's really nothing left to do far as I can tell. I won all three matches (though the last one took some practice), and even found a weird easter egg (hint: it involves Doc's chocolate bar)! Good, but short. It does make me want to get back to playing the retail Punch-Out!!, which I never finished, so that's good, right?

I got my code earlier and had no problems downloading (sorry to all of you who did), played it through and found it to be a fun (though short, but I was expecting that) experience. Of course, it helps that Doc Louis is my favorite character, so having a little sparring match with him was like a dream come true.
