Check out the ESRB listing
This is a collection of classic arcade games covering several genres. Games include Bad Dudes vs. Dragon Ninja, Burger Time, Caveman Ninja, Street Slam, Secret Agent, and many others. Some games involve side-scrolling fighting action against dozens of enemy thugs, ninjas, and creatures. Characters occasionally use knives, guns, throwing stars, or grenades in the 2D-style combat. A few games depict brief splashes of blood when enemies get hit; one game depicts a shark that emits red blood when it gets harpooned. The suggestive material represents the strongest pertinent content in the game: A puzzle game called Magical Drop III depicts female characters wearing provocative outfits that expose underwear and deep cleavage. When players score points or make successful combos, the background figures cheer or move in ways that cause their breasts to jiggle.

I kind of wish they would just bring out these as VC games, but whatever. Burgertime is one of my favorites

What? Seriously? I'm all over it, Burger Time is my favourite Data East game hands-down! Just please tell me it's also getting PEGI or CERO rated!

Since I've heard a lot of good things about Data East, I might pick this up eventually.

I feel my mind dissolving around...

We don't necessarily have the time to trawl for this stuff, so threads like this are a great heads-up!

You may be thinking of Data Design Interactive, of Ninjabread Man fame.

Put your analyst on danger money, baby.

I remember Secret agent, it was a great little platformer, similar to Crystal Caves and the Commander keen series if anybody remembers that.

Edit: Ignore my premature excitement, it appears Secret Agent is not the Apogee developed game I was thinking of but was actually called Sly Spy:Secret Agent and is a completely different game.

I think I would rather be able to pick and choose on VC for these, but if it's around $20 for the whole collection, I might pick this up. I mostly remember burger time from the Atari ads on the back of my Dad's old comic books.

No, I'm thinking of Data East, the creators of Metal Max and Joe & Mac... Which incidentally are the only two franchises from Data East that I'd consider to be decent atleast. Not very good, but decent. Other then that... Well, let's just say I'm not surprised they folded.

Believe it or not, I miss the Bad Dudes game. "I'm Bad." Goofy, but a pretty fun 2-player side scroller. Wonder if Karnov is coming w/ it.

Cannibalism...(But it's LOVE BABY!) Hear the demo at www.myspace.com/staleevolution Don't bother if you can't stomach a little salt with your rock and roll though!

I loved Bad Dudes! Well, the arcade version.

If they go for a budget price like Ignition did with SNK Arcade classics it's a no-brainer for me. I'd like to see the full list, but if there's at least 5 games in there of interest, then £24.99 will definitely be worth it for me.
