We didn't get the Galaxy 1 soundtrack, so I wouldn't hold my breath on that one. On the plus side (if, like me, you're willing to go the technially less-than-legal route when no legitimate option is presented), it's not too hard to find the Galaxy 1 soundtrack for download, and I'm sure this one will be the same way.

I've got the download. Since this one is gonna be so easy to get ahold of for CNJapan members, I'm hoping (just like with the Game and Watch reissue handheld) that a flood of them will hit eBay and we'll be able to get one for dirt cheap. I'd pay around $20-$25 shipped for it. Just wish the first one wasn't so darned expensive on the Bay....

I've got over 3000 points now and nothing is really grabbing me. I don't even want to buy points cards with it. There was going to be a Nintendo coffee mug, but sadly that disappeared before it was even made available!

I'll have to see if I can figure out how to sign up for a Japanese Club Nintendo account. Given the scores of VC titles I've bought, I could probably get some cool swag (that and Nintendo seems to give points for every Wii title in Japan regardless of publisher - if I understand those little cards correctly).

Sean, I would easily give you $20-$25 shipped for a copy of the soundtrack if you manage to get your hands on one. I know it'll probably be a few weeks b4 people even start to see their's so I got plenty of time.

I'm in the Japan Club Nintendo, and i have just enough points...

EDIT: Actually, i just checked the site, and this promotion doesn't seem THAT urgent, since it will be running for the rest of the year. So no worries, there's plenty of time.

Well, I'd actually have to be able to figure out the form first (last time I looked it's some kind of image file/script thing, so not something you can just cut-and-past or run through Google Translate) and then I'd have to see how many points I have. Of course the biggest thing stopping me from being able to do something like that is that I have no actual Japanese address and I'm pretty sure there's no chance that someone who technically isn't eligible for a Japanese Club Nintendo account, would be able to get stuff sent to them - virtual points cards is likely the only thing I could use them for (and I definitely could use those).

Oh I know the promotion isn't overly urgent. I just would like to have a copy at a reasonable price soon Same offer goes for you Tsuchinoko if you wish to spend your points on it

Nintendo is the only videogame company that has Club Rewards, right?

So ends a saga older than time itself.
The World's oldest and fiercest army has been led to victory, and a lost generation
is delivered from its fear of extinction. As the sun sets over the
field of conflict the dinosaurs disperse, hoping never to set foot
in this place a...

@mnementh: No, Squenix has its own little program for retail games now. But those are the only two I know of.
