And i got the Chrono Trigger DS-remake because i thought i could get quite rare too. Ah well, my own fault i guess. Still great that it comes to the place it's supposed to be. And it's about time for Megaman X too.
Why the hell is the Mega Man X news not posted on the latest news feed here on NL? I see the story about Chrono Trigger, but no mention of MMX. That's not right. Mega Man X potentionally getting a VC release here in the states is a much bigger story to me than Chrono. Sorry, I don't like or care about RPGs.
@Rensch: I wouldn't call it a renaissance in VC title, but it's still nice to know that good games still come out on the Virtual Console. If there's one positive thing I can say about the dismal status of the VC, it's at least the quality has been decent for the most part.
From what I played, the SNES CT is slightly better then the DS version in terms of SFX...I liked the shall from the animals in the original whereas the DS version didn't have it (although there is more content on the DS version).
I never could get Chrono trigger on the ds, so I guess I'll go for the vc version. It will be released on Japanese vc, so it's just a matter of time before it arrives in America and Europe.
