a company called sunflex was the first to offer a remote with motion+ a while back, and now nyko has upgraded their remote to include it as well. what's more, nyko's + remote costs the same amount as nintendo's standard wiimote. anyone else think this trend will lead to nintendo following suit in the near future? it seems like 2010 will be the first year that sees heavy support for the new motion technology and considering how much of a pain the motion+ is to deal with these generic remotes might be pretty popular.
the sunflex even comes with it's own rechargable battery built in that can use a USB cable to charge up, which solves the battery dilemma as well. suddenly nintendo's own remote isn't the most appealing choice anymore.... hopefully that will be nintendo's motivation to update their own remotes to the same standard as their competitors. otherwise we'll have to wait until the next system...
Thats pretty neat. Nintendo should start making it built in as well. I have mainly bad luck with third party stuff except for the Logitech PS2 wireless controllers as to where they are better than the standard Dual Shock that came with the PS2. Thats really the only exception I have to third parties.
If it's the same size as a normal Wii Remote, then it's awesome. But if it's larger, it's a stupid idea. It won't fit then in the Wheel, Zapper or other guns.

I think they are both a tad on the ugly side, especially when compared to a Nintendo Wiimote, also I would need to see evidence that they perform just as well as a Nintendo Wiimote. I've been bitten before when buying 3rd party accessories and try to avoid them at all costs now, as tempting as their price may be !!
