Sadly I doubt we'll see any titles that licensed real life boxers on the VC.

One I just thought of that was great and has no licensed boxers and there is really no excuse to not be on the VC is Ring King NES it was a classic. I remember Ring King as a kid it was one of the best boxing games at the time. Ring King was one of the first games I remember the player could use the whole ring to box, you where not just left to right or stuck in front. And the game tried to be more sim like. I remember all the fighters in the game kind of looked like Boom Boom Mancini and the fights were epic every thing was like a war.

Now, a game that definitely won't be coming to VC.
Konami's Exciting Boxing for the Famicom.
I've heard it was controlled by fighting an inflatable dummy.
While it sounds like a cool idea, I'm almost certainly too tall to be able to enjoy it.
(as I've heard it was designed for Japanese children, and not some nearly 6' American adult)

Over the years I have tried to play just about very boxing game I could get my hands on. But I never heard of that one. Sounded like a pretty cool concept for back then. But I would think it probably didn't work very good. The only thing I could find on the internet about it was this http://www.atarihq.com/tsr/odd/fc/eboxing.html .
