Topic: A gta title for the wii?

why not they have one for the DS?

well to be completely honest think about how GTA CTW sold Rockstar games isn't very happy with nintendo especially since the game had absolutely no advertising i would think that sometimes leads to a bad game not all the time but sometimes and also i own the game alot of people say its horrible its not its alot of fun but it just didn't sell well.

A GTA for Wii would be awesome, but given how bad Chinatown Wars tanked on the DS, I don't think Rockstar would do that.

Plus, I think I heard somewhere that they didn't have any plans to make a Wii game anyway.

But if they were going to, it would definatley help the people wanting to change from PS3/360 to a Wii

They did okay with bully on Wii but think about it GTA on the wii would probably be not very much to work with and having to use the wii remote to drive and stuff kinda weird now if it was compatiable with gamecube and classic controller that would work well but yeah still don't ever see that happening but i heard china town wars is coming to Studders while saying the word PSP.....

I could care less if it did. I wouldn't get it.

i think if they can atleast pull it off on the ds the wii will prevale too

It didn't exactly set any sales records on DS, GTA is a mediocore franchise, a Jack of all trades and a specialist in none, over rated out of all proportions.

I just want to play games not huge open worlds. I often find myself getting bored with GTA. I have had the original 3,vice city and san andreas the only one still in my collection is san andreas. I am the type of person that would rather just have levels.

Because that hardcore-type market does not exist in substantial enough numbers on the Wii.

I like to think of gamers like bacteria.

When you eat meat, special meat-digesting bacteria grow in your stomach and they flourish. When you stop eating meat and become a vegetarian, these bacteria are out-competed by other bacteria that specialise in digesting vegetables and stuff. Eventually, most meat-digesters are flushed out of the system because there are no compounds found within meat for them to digest. If a vegetarian happens to consume meat at this late stage, they get quite nauseous and things don't go well.

Well, meat represents these kinds of games, and meat-digesting bacteria represents the target audience of these games, and Ninty has gone vegetarian with the Wii.

I would love for a gta game on the wii but I don't think it would work out.

That's how I am. I played GTA3 a lot when it came out and I played a little of Vice City, and it's ridiculously fun free-roaming for a while, but it loses its allure soon. The missions just aren't very fun to me. I'd rather do the Ambulance or Fire Truck missions

For this to ever happen a Wii HD would have to be made.
