Hey Just think. Now that Kirby superstar has hit VC despite there being a DS version maybe Chrono Trigger can still see a VC release. It's looking more hopefull anyway.

woah...this is one of those games that people were waiting for for a long time. I thought we'd never get it outside of Japan, mostly because of the DS version. It wasn't even on any of the release schedules

@Link79 That would be nice too. Japan hasn't gotten it yet, but we'll see. I still can't believe Kirby is being released today.

Lets see...in Japan it was released 13, October 2009. That puts NA at a 7 month gap. PAL shouldn't be too far behind that then.

I find it ironic that they state you don't have to be rich to get these games when they have a 3 dollar iPhone game listed for 10 dollars.

@Jumpmad See, this makes more sense than re-releasing the Phoenix Wright games on the Wiiware (that should have been DSiWare just like Electroplankton). I never got to play the DS version of Kirby Super Deluxe, so I finally get to on the VC.

No. Thanks to parental divorce, multiple relocations all across the US, and my mother getting remarried and adjusting to step-daddies' more strict lifestyle, there's a whole chunk of time when i was a kid where i didn't play very many video games. That pretty much included 1995-2004, pretty much the entirety of the late Super Nintendo era, all Nintendo 64, and early Gamecube.

Once i entered my adult life, around 19 when i moved out on my own, i finally got to play games like Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask, and Paper Mario. So yeah, i never played Kirby Super Deluxe before

@KingMike oh god, don't waste your money. Just call it even since I'm buying it. They're not ignoring it, just...late i guess.

Or if you want you can gift it to me as a 2 day late birthday gift!

Todays update looks like a good one. No instant DL's for me though, so I might have to DL something from my “waiting to DL list” intill NL get some reviews out.

@Tsuchinoko: It seems your missing gaming years seem to match up to my own(for totally different reason though). You and I are late to the party, but “better late then never” I always like to say .

Well, part of me wants to get a DSi here since there's some very interesting games that came out in Japan on the service, but as for this week on the NA downloads, just Kirby being the insta-download this week. I actually haven't bought anything since Warioware Do-It-yourself back in March. So much I'm waiting for to come out though.

I'm sure Bit.Trip.Runner will be a huge hit, but i haven't played any of them since the original. I like the change of style in this one, but since i didn't even like Tomena Sanna- I don't think i'd like this game so much. I could be wrong though, but they just seem so short for the price

Bit. Trip Runner is very hard, so unless you are very, very good, you will spend a lot of time with this game. It has 11 levels, 3 bosses and 3 worlds. I have it since Friday, according to the Nintendo Channel I spend 15 hours so far (strangely enough it says that I only played it four times, feels like more), and I finally reached the last boss. And after that I'm going for a perfect on every level, which is even harder. So it's everything but short. It's also different from the other Bit. Trip games. I have only tried the demo of the first one and didn't like it that much. What I've seen from the trailers of the other two, I doubt I would like them. But I really like this one.

Why is everyone so excited about kirby super star when it has a superior ds remake, unless they're getting it for the co-op.

@Mariofanatic For me personally, i never played the original. Plus, i live in Japan, so its easier for me to get this than order the DS version all the way from North America

Not everyone that has a wii has a DS.
