I think (and hope) the Wii U will come with a hybrid composite/component cable like 360s used to come with, so that those who want HD won't need an additional cable, people with old TVs won't be left in the dust, and those who want HDMI can buy a cable if they want (it doesn't seem too necessary when there already is an HD solution (component cables) in the box).
Also, I think Nintendo will include a Wii Remote and a Nunchuck, because the Wii U seemingly needs those and Nintendo doesn't want to turn off customers that don't already have a Wii. Then again, it seems like the New Controller and Wii U will do okay without a Wiimote in the box, so they might as well just put the New Controller in there without a Wiimote or Nunchuck to accompany it on it's journey to the consumer (insert dramatic music here). However, Nintendo might want to include a tech demo that shows how players with the New Controller can interact with players with Wii controllers just like Wii Sports was a tech demo demonstrating what the Wii Remote was capable of, and if Nintendo wants to do that, they should include the Wii Remote and Nunchuck.
I also think that Nintendo will probably include an SD card already installed in the system like the 3DS, because nowadays Nintendo seems to think that's so much better than actually giving the console a substantial amount of internal memory.

I think by the time it comes out HDMI will already be such the standard cheap hookup that it could indeed come with it. It'd be kind of dumb not to include it, since it's an HD system and most people will have HDMI TV hookups that are actually easier to hook up than composite now. A year or two ago, or even now I wouldn't expect that but in a year and a half? thats like getting a Blu Ray player with a Coaxial cable, it just won't make sense and I think they'll get that by then.

They'll still have to include composite cables for those with SDTVs. And what about the HDTVs before HDMI, or the ones that didn't bother to include it, yet have component ports? I guess you could leave those out, though if Nintendo wanted to ensure they included cables that support all HDTVs, they would go with component, due to the fact that (almost?) every HDTV has component ports, plus they can support EDTVs (which go up to 480p with component cables but aren't HD and don't have HDMI ports). But the Wii U does seem to have a dedicated HDMI port, so it does seem possible for Nintendo to include an HDMI cable. I am hoping for an HDMI cable to be included, but I have an extra if I have to use that.

I think the bundled game could be "Wii U Play" (Will you play?) and it should include: Battle Mii [youtube:R54b0jw-VUM] Chase Mii [youtube:bUvdP2TNBHE] Shield Pose [youtube:scVBa4lbPAo] And more... a lot more... I am beginning to lose interest in the Wii Sports games, so this is what I prefer. Battle Mii is the kind of game that I personally would enjoy.
