Honestly, the part of the update I'll take advantage of the most is the Dolby Pro Logic II for Wii games. The other stuff is cool, too. It seems like there pushing this stuff out in small bursts, either to not making updating as complicated, or they're working on this stuff gradually.

Just go to "Upload image" from any website while accessing the Internet channel during a game and you should be able to upload your screenshot no problem. Except Imgur didn't work for me for some reason...

It does it automatically when you access the internet channel during a game.

Play a gane and go into the Internet browser. Your screenshot should be shown on your TV.
