Think I'll close this topic why do people have to talk about something completely different, this was just to let people know when the update became live not to complain at Nintendo
I think the update is going live tomorrow. They said the Virtual Console was coming the day after that, and the Nintendo eShop usually receives updates on Thursdays. So expect it to come tomorrow...
I was hoping we gonna get it tomorrow cuz Nintendo was hinting we gonna get it tomorrow on it's Facebook page. I was looking forward of waking up tomorrow morning & getting the update. What a disappointment. Now they're changing their tone again.
Not to further be a complainer, but they did say that on their Facebook page... I'm just hoping I can actually play the VC games I downloaded like 6 years ago on my gamepad and not have to wait another several years for them to release the same ones on the "Wii U VC Shop"

Nintendo has announced that there will be another maintenance to the Wii U eShop (this one is only two hours) on Thursday so maybe VC is coming then (or on Friday) and the update is coming either tomorrow or on Thursday.

Yup, I think Iwata did mentioned on the last Nintendo Direct that the VC will be coming the day after the update.
The picture below was posted on Nintendo Facebook page & was posted on several sites yesterday. It says that the VC will be coming in 2 days. The update as Iwata said on the last Nintendo Direct should be before the VC so it should be today. Don't lost hope guys! We'll probably be getting it today.
That "2 Days" Pictures is from Sunday. Then they have another picture up yesterday that says "Check back tomorrow for the full launch line up." That's today.

From what I'm seeing they said that yesterday at 8:30 PM. So that means today according to the page. Ug I'm tired of talking about the darn thing. It's noon. Maybe we will hear something soon.

That's what I'm thinking too. Hope I wasn't the only person who got a tad bit excited thinking the update was last night lol
So I'm hearing the update will come out Thursday followed by the virtual Console on friday and Miiverse on PC/Smartphones this week. Plus there's another schedule maintenance on thursday from 5-7pm PDT

I know I'm being impatient, but come on...I feel like I've been getting disappointed a lot from them lately. I really don't see why if it's already done, why they can't release the stupid VC games on the Wii U already. I don't understand business though so whatever.
