They should really do these daily/weekly. I don't think they understand how much people are interested in seeing what they probably feel is mundane. What do their offices look like, where they do they work, desks, workstations, buildings, etc. Tease games, talk about games, old and new. 5-10-15 minute segments.
Lost opportunity, really....
Atari 2600, Commodore 64/128, Sega Genesis, 32X, Sega CD, PC, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Wii, PSP, DSi, PS3, 3DSXL, WiiU
you do realize they have to work on the games as well, right? it would be IMPOSSIBLE to do these daily, they'd get no work done.
these Nintendo Directs take them more than just a few minutes..
if we get these daily.. then they would no longer be special.. and nobody would be watching them anymore after 4-5 times
and i can't think of any person that wants to be filmed every single day.. talk about invading someones privacy
we should be grateful they show/give us as much as they do

Actually, Nintendo doesn't consider their offices boring or mundane. In fact, they intentionally refuse to show any of it to outsiders. Mega 64 talked about this after the Play Nintendo E3 video. They, themselves, said that Nintendo sounded pretty strict about keeping them out of the main building, and it took Reggie to let them film inside actual Nintendo offices. Even then, they were EXTREMELY strict about when and where they were allowed to film and tried their best to keep the Mega 64 team out of certain areas of the building--the Treehouse, especially.
They'll be a Direct in early August, focuring on 3DS titles. Then in September/October we'll get more definitive details on games for the rest of the year, and some clearer release windows for other games. Some smaller, perhaps 3rd party 3DS and eShop announcements will also be present, along with a surprise or two. A few single game Directs will also take place.
It was a nice break but I guess I should have know this type of thread would rear its ugly head again.
Edit: Nintendo will do a direct when one is needed probably August.
