Lol check the polls. Tell me where Frogger polled compared to characters that are actually notable in nintendo history. I can't believe there are people defending frogger over characters like Mewtwo and Ridley. I know this is a fanboy site where people are going to have a bias, but come on, this is ridiculous how can you even defend this?

I'm indifferent. I guess it's a good thing overall, but if a character like ZSS or Sheik is going to take a spot of someone more deserving, that could be bad.

I loved that re-done original smash bros theme at the end. I'm glad that's gonna be a track in the game.

@2Sang I will bet you my hat Greninja is in because Sakurai really liked him instead of popularity. Charizard and Mewtwo are beyond over hyped and didn't need to be in anyways. While I love Charizard being his own character I think he should have stayed as the Pokemon Trainer. And Ridley is just silly.

No time for arguing I'm still ecstatic over this. The best reveal was DEFINITELY Megaman's final smash!! It's so beautiful I could cry!

@Blast I said it would most likely be winter didn't think 3DS would get it summer let alone first.

I think perhaps the Wii U version will have Stage Builder, whereas the 3DS game wont.

Definitely the best final smash revealed. 3 sacred treasures is basically a confirmation of palutena as well. How are mewtwo and charizard in any way inferior to frogger? Charizard was the first pokemon most people saw and an icon for the franchise. Mewtwo was the first ever legendary pokemon, is an icon, and has been in several movies. Frogger.....well he exists I guess. Why not pick doduo?

Much better to have a fresh new character than another clone (of lucario). Who knows we may still get Mewtwo but I much prefer this badass ninja to be 100% honest.

I though the direct was hype. They made Yoshi more badass and gave Kirby a good final smash? Oh snaps!

They made Olimar more solid, boosted a few Final Smashes for some characters, and gave us a release window.

Only thing I could ask more of is the details for online, aka is it viable, but this is a question that probably won't be able to be answered until the final game releases and we can test it on our consoles.

I really like that they are giving us the 3DS version early, better than have it get ignored by simultaneously releasing both this holiday. Lol at people who think the Wii U version won't be the definitive version to pick up. Don't get me wrong I'll enjoy the 3DS version but Smash was made to play on the big screen with a controller. HD graphics, hell yes.
