we are working on a wii u direct port of the game rebuilding certain parts to fit the console better.
This opens a whole new world of opportunities for the team and allows us to reach a whole new market with our projects.

That's interesting, but if it's free on GameJolt, why would I or really anyone pay money to play it on Wii U? Also "that's really interesting to see an indie game come to Wii U." You say that like the Wii U isn't already drowning in Indie support. Maybe not so much as Steam is, but that just made it sound like you weren't aware that Indie games are all over the eShop.

i didnt made that clear i meant as an indie game on gamejolt seems surprised to be WiI U, i i'm curious if the game will be price or f2p, but since alot of indie games on there are F2P i think it could be as well on Wii U

There's an understatement! Steam has about 1000 times more indie games based on my rigorous and careful calculations.
Yes, but Steam also has low requirements and no real quality control, so it's easier for hobbyist gems and utter garbage to get in. Is it worth dropping the hobbyist gems with the utter garbage? Dunno. Can't say I have much of an opinion on that.
It doesn't feel like it's drowing in comparison to PS4 though, which has quality control.
