Does anyone know if this is coming to WiiU in the future? I was going to buy it on Steam but I'd rather wait and play it on my couch if that's an option.
Unfortunately not. Hardly happen.
Odallus developers are Brazilian. Nintendo does not accept desenvolvolvedores Latin American. Some Brazilian developers have contacted and received the following response:
"Nintendo is not able to authorize Currently you for Wii U development, due to Reasons related to your geographic location. We are working to resolve these issues, but we do not have an Currently Estimated Completion Date. If this situation changes, we will notify you via email. "
Losers are the owners of 3DS and Wii U.
Meanwhile Sony and Microsoft are expanding into these Latin American developers (arrive to donate dev-kits when the developer has good work).
There are currently 28 Brazilian games being made for Sony consoles (PS4 and Vita) and it almost being made to the XONE.
In Brazil (and Latin America) there is no AAA studios but there are several small talented developers. Nintendo should change this policy so I can play on the Wii U / 3DS games as Aritana, Odallus, Oniken, Qasir, Mr. Bree, Toren, etc.
See a sample of what we are losing (brazilian games)
yeah i have been really hoping for oniken and odallus to hit wii u.
i remind joymasher every now and then of this. those 2 games are awesome.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
